Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals across technical and non-technical roles
- Lead employee engagement initiatives through data-driven programs, including performance management and career pathing frameworks
- Oversee HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and international labor regulations
- Design and implement DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) programs to foster inclusive workplace environments
- Manage HR technology systems including ATS, HRIS, and performance management platforms
- Provide strategic HR guidance to department heads on organizational development and change management
- Analyze workforce metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven HR solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven expertise in scaling HR operations for high-growth companies
- Advanced knowledge of US labor laws and international employment regulations
- Experience implementing HR technology solutions (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate HR data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
