Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in leadership roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in scaling HR operations for high-growth organizations
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
- Exceptional strategic planning and change management capabilities
- Deep knowledge of California labor laws and compliance requirements
- Experience with international HR operations in multi-cultural environments
