Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies supporting business objectives and talent retention
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including employer branding, recruitment analytics, and diversity hiring
- Design and implement performance management systems, compensation structures, and career development frameworks
- Champion employee engagement through culture-building initiatives and continuous feedback mechanisms
- Oversee HR compliance, risk management, and policy development across 200+ employees
- Leverage HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) for data-driven decision making and reporting
- Guide organizational development initiatives including change management and leadership coaching
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in scaling HR operations during high-growth phases
- Advanced knowledge of employment law and compliance regulations (FLSA, EEOC)
- Experience implementing HRIS systems and analytics-driven HR practices
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Track record of developing inclusive workplace cultures and DEI initiatives
- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
