Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals
- Lead organizational development initiatives including performance management and succession planning
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with federal and state labor regulations
- Oversee compensation structures, benefits programs, and employee engagement initiatives
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all departments
- Manage HR technology systems to optimize data-driven decision making
- Partner with executive leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in HRIS implementation (Workday/BambooHR experience ideal)
- Deep knowledge of federal and Illinois employment laws
- Proven track record in organizational development and change management
- Advanced analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
