Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; SHRM-SCP/SPHR preferred
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in management
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance
- Advanced knowledge of NY labor laws and HRIS systems (Workday/SAP)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
