- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor regulations
- Oversee benefits administration, compensation structures, and HRIS operations
- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decision-making
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
- Expertise in California employment law and compliance requirements
- Proven track record in scaling HR operations for high-growth companies
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday/BambooHR)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
