Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals
- Lead organizational development initiatives including performance management and succession planning
- Oversee employee relations programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
- Develop and manage compensation/benefit structures aligned with market benchmarks
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all departments
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve employee retention
- Manage HR technology systems and process optimization projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and compensation strategy
- Proven track record of implementing HRIS systems (Workday experience ideal)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution expertise
