Responsibilities
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process and build a high-performing talent pipeline for all departments.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a positive organizational culture, improving employee engagement and retention metrics.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll programs with a focus on accuracy and equity.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
- Lead performance management initiatives and conduct sensitive employee relations investigations.
- Partner with executive leadership to design training, development, and succession planning programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday), and payroll processing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations issues with discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to influence organizational change and drive results.
