Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies supporting business objectives in a high-growth tech environment
- Lead talent acquisition, including employer branding, recruitment analytics, and pipeline development
- Design and execute performance management systems, succession planning, and leadership development programs
- Champion DEI initiatives through policy development, training, and data-driven engagement strategies
- Ensure compliance with federal/state labor laws and manage HRIS data integrity and reporting
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and wellness programs to enhance retention
- Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights for executive decision-making
- Manage HR budget and vendor relationships while optimizing resource allocation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in scaling HR operations for tech companies (50+ employees)
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR) and HR analytics tools
- Deep knowledge of California labor laws and compliance frameworks
- Exceptional strategic planning and change management capabilities
