Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead talent acquisition for technical and non-technical roles
- Oversee performance management systems and compensation structures
- Implement and maintain compliance with federal/state labor laws
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all departments
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution processes
- Optimize HRIS functionality and data analytics for decision-making
- Lead organizational development initiatives and change management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in leadership
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition and DEI programs
- Advanced knowledge of NY labor laws and compliance
- Experience scaling HR processes for 200+ employees
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday experience essential)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
