Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals across technical and non-technical roles
- Lead employee engagement initiatives including performance management systems, recognition programs, and career development frameworks
- Oversee HR operations including payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with federal/state regulations
- Develop and execute diversity, equity, and inclusion programs to foster an inclusive workplace culture
- Manage employee relations through conflict resolution, mediation, and proactive policy development
- Analyze HR metrics to drive data-driven decisions on workforce planning and retention strategies
- Partner with department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives and organizational growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expertise in HRIS implementation (Workday or SAP experience strongly preferred)
- Proven success in scaling HR operations for high-growth organizations
- Deep knowledge of NY labor laws and federal employment regulations
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience developing and executing DE&I programs in corporate environments
