Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier professionals
- Design and execute comprehensive employee engagement programs with 95%+ participation targets
- Oversee performance management systems and succession planning initiatives
- Develop and maintain HRIS platforms ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all organizational levels
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize workforce planning
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven expertise in HRIS implementation (Workday, SAP, or Oracle preferred)
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Advanced experience in talent acquisition strategies and employer branding
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in HR metrics and reporting
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing DEI programs
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
