- Develop and execute compensation/benefits programs that align with market benchmarks and business objectives
- Oversee HR compliance with federal/state regulations and ensure ethical workplace standards
- Analyze HR metrics to drive data-driven decisions and continuous improvement
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs across all organizational levels
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and change management initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in leadership role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven track record in scaling HR operations for high-growth organizations
- Expertise in HRIS implementation (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with international HR operations and cross-cultural team leadership
