Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with company goals and growth initiatives
- Lead talent acquisition processes including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of top-tier professionals
- Design and implement performance management systems, compensation structures, and employee development programs
- Oversee employee relations initiatives, conflict resolution, and engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to executive leadership
- Manage HRIS systems and optimize HR technology solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in leadership role
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expertise in talent acquisition, compensation planning, and employment law
- Proven experience managing HRIS platforms (Workday/SAP preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret HR metrics and trends
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in tech or fast-paced startup environment highly desirable
