Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals across technical and non-technical domains
- Lead organizational development initiatives including performance management systems, succession planning, and leadership coaching programs
- Design and implement employee engagement frameworks that drive retention and productivity metrics
- Oversee compensation and benefits structures aligned with industry benchmarks and organizational goals
- Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while mitigating legal risks
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through targeted programs and measurable KPIs
- Leverage HRIS systems (Workday preferred) for data-driven decision making and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven expertise in scaling talent acquisition for tech organizations
- Advanced knowledge of employment law (FLSA, EEOC, ADA) and compliance frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience using HR metrics to drive strategy
- Demonstrated success in implementing change management initiatives in matrix organizations
