Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee retention programs
- Lead organizational development initiatives through training programs, leadership coaching, and succession planning
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration to ensure competitive market positioning
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with federal/state labor regulations
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and implement data-driven improvements to talent management
- Partner with department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives
- Drive DEI initiatives and foster an inclusive workplace culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in leadership role
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven track record in developing scalable HR processes for high-growth companies
- Expertise in HRIS implementation and data analytics (Workday experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of federal and Texas employment laws (FLSA, FLSA, Title VII)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels
