Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives, including recruitment campaigns and employer branding
- Design and implement performance management systems and career development programs
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and diversity initiatives
- Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Manage HRIS systems and analytics for data-driven decision making
- Partner with leadership on organizational development and change management
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR analytics
- Proven experience implementing HR technology platforms (Workday, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of NY labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication and strategic problem-solving skills
- MBA or Master's in HR preferred
