Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company growth objectives and industry best practices
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives, including employer branding, recruitment process optimization, and diversity hiring programs
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive market positioning and regulatory compliance
- Drive organizational development initiatives including leadership training and succession planning
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws (FLSA, FLSA, EEOC)
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in management
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven experience developing and implementing HRIS systems (Workday or SAP preferred)
- Expert knowledge of Texas labor laws and federal employment regulations
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics and dashboards
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience scaling HR operations in high-growth environments
