Responsibilities

- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all organizational levels
- Manage HR operations including payroll, compliance, and employee relations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition strategies and employer branding
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance regulations
- Experience implementing HRIS systems and analytics-driven HR practices
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence at all levels
- Track record of developing high-performing teams and driving culture change
