Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies including talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning
- Lead organizational development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs ensuring competitiveness and compliance
- Drive diversity, equity and inclusion programs across all business units
- Manage employee relations and resolve complex workplace conflicts
- Implement HR technology solutions to optimize workforce analytics
- Guide leadership development programs and executive coaching
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in scaling HR operations for high-growth companies
- Advanced knowledge of federal/state employment laws and compliance
- Experience implementing HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
