Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top-tier candidates
- Design and implement performance management systems and career development frameworks
- Oversee employee relations programs, mediate conflicts, and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Analyze HR metrics to drive data-driven decisions on engagement and retention
- Manage compensation structures and benefits administration
- Collaborate with department heads on organizational development initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in management
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in California labor laws and compliance requirements
- Proven track record in scaling HR operations for high-growth companies
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday/BambooHR)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience developing DEI initiatives and fostering inclusive cultures
