Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier tech professionals
- Lead HR operations including compensation, benefits, and performance management systems
- Design and implement DE&I initiatives fostering equitable workplace practices
- Oversee employee engagement programs and organizational development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal/state labor regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with executive leadership on workforce planning and succession strategy
- Manage HRIS implementation and data analytics for decision-making
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in management roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expertise in HRIS platforms (Workday/SAP preferred)
- Proven track record scaling HR operations in tech/growth companies
- Advanced knowledge of California labor regulations
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with international HR compliance frameworks
- Master's degree in HR or related field preferred
