Qualifications

- 8+ years of progressive HR experience with 3+ years in management
- PHR or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR compliance
- Exceptional leadership and strategic planning abilities
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday experience a plus)
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics
