Responsibilities
- Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent across all levels of the organization.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, conducting investigations and mediating conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
- Policy & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws, while developing and updating internal HR policies and procedures.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance review process, working with department heads to set clear goals and drive employee growth.
- Strategic Planning: Partner with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational change.
- Compensation & Benefits: Analyze compensation data to ensure competitive market positioning and manage the administration of employee benefits programs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certification: SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR certification is strongly required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience in a corporate setting, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or ADP) and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of employment law, labor relations, and HR best practices.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
