Qualifications

- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in leadership
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HRIS (Workday/SAP)
