Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and diversity hiring programs
- Design and implement performance management systems, compensation structures, and career development frameworks
- Champion employee engagement through culture-building initiatives, wellness programs, and recognition systems
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with federal/state labor regulations
- Oversee HRIS implementation and data analytics to drive decision-making
- Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps and implement targeted training solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, compensation strategy, and organizational development
- Advanced knowledge of HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP, or similar)
- Experience scaling HR operations in high-growth environments
- Demonstrated success in implementing DEI initiatives and cultural transformation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate HR metrics into business insights
- Excellent communication abilities with C-suite stakeholders
