Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for technical and non-technical roles
- Lead employee development programs including onboarding, performance management, and succession planning
- Oversee compensation/benefits administration and conduct market analysis
- Drive DEI initiatives and foster an inclusive workplace culture
- Manage HR compliance with federal/state regulations and internal policies
- Implement HRIS systems to optimize data analytics and reporting
- Advise leadership on organizational development and change management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in management
- PHR/SPHR certification or equivalent HR credentials
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition and employee relations
- Strong knowledge of NYC labor laws and federal regulations
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday/BambooHR)
- Exceptional communication and strategic problem-solving skills
