Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in HRIS implementation (Workday/SAP preferred)
- Proven track record in scaling talent acquisition and retention strategies
- Advanced knowledge of federal/state employment laws and compliance
- Strong data analytics skills with experience in HR metrics
