Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives to drive organizational growth.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes to secure top-tier talent.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems to foster a high-performance culture.
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and internal company policies.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll programs to ensure accuracy and employee satisfaction.
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance workforce skills and engagement.
- Partner with leadership to address organizational challenges and implement change management strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR management, with a strong background in full-cycle recruitment.
- Professional certification (SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR) is a significant plus.
- Deep knowledge of labor laws, employment practices, and regulatory compliance in New York.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and MS Office Suite.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
