Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent in a competitive market.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management cycles.
- Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and payroll compliance.
- Partner with department heads to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and regulations in California.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a technology or fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SPR certification is a strong plus.
- Expert knowledge of California employment law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on diplomacy and empathy.
