Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives and growth initiatives
- Lead talent acquisition, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes for key positions
- Manage employee relations, performance management systems, and engagement programs
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Design and administer competitive compensation, benefits, and recognition programs
- Oversee HRIS implementation and data analytics for strategic workforce planning
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all organizational levels
- Partner with leadership on organizational development and change management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 7 years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in leadership role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expert knowledge of federal/state employment laws (FLSA, EEOC, FLSA)
- Proven experience with HRIS implementation and HR analytics tools
- Strong strategic planning and change management capabilities
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience scaling HR operations in high-growth environments
