Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives and company values
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives for 200+ employees
- Design and implement performance management systems, compensation structures, and L&D programs
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and diversity & inclusion initiatives
- Ensure HR compliance with federal/state regulations and industry best practices
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Manage HR technology platforms and process optimization projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in talent acquisition, compensation strategy, and HRIS systems
- Proven success in implementing diversity, equity & inclusion programs
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience scaling HR operations in high-growth environments
