Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals across multiple departments
- Design and implement performance management systems, succession planning, and leadership development programs
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring market competitiveness and regulatory compliance
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, including cultural programs, recognition systems, and pulse surveys
- Manage HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and policy development
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all organizational levels
- Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leadership on organizational development and change management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, compensation strategy, and employee relations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret HR metrics and business data
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and HR analytics
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
- Demonstrated success in managing HR operations in fast-growth environments
