Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning initiatives
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems
- Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decisions and process improvements
- Champion DEI initiatives and foster an inclusive workplace culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or SPHR certification preferred
- Expertise in HRIS systems (Workday or SAP SuccessFactors)
- Strong knowledge of California labor laws and compliance requirements
- Proven experience scaling HR operations in high-growth environments
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
