Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs for technical and non-technical roles
- Oversee performance management systems, compensation structures, and employee relations
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all organizational levels
- Manage HRIS implementation and ensure data integrity across platforms
- Advise leadership on labor law compliance and workplace policy development
- Lead organizational development initiatives including training and succession planning
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in management
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven expertise in tech industry HR practices and scaling organizations
- Advanced knowledge of California labor laws and compliance requirements
- Experience implementing HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-suite executives
- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
