Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies supporting business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs
- Oversee performance management systems and compensation structures
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture development
- Manage HRIS implementation and data analytics
- Lead organizational development initiatives and change management
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in leadership
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in HRIS (Workday/BambooHR preferred)
- Strong background in talent acquisition and employer branding
- Experience with mergers/acquisitions integration
- Advanced analytical skills with HR metrics
- Proven success in developing high-performance teams
- MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred
