Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and HRIS implementation (Workday/SAP)
- Strong knowledge of California labor laws and federal compliance requirements
- Proven track record in scaling HR operations for high-growth companies
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- MBA or Master's in HR/Human Resources Management preferred
