Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies supporting business objectives across all departments
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding
- Design and implement performance management systems and employee development programs
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with federal/state regulations
- Manage compensation structures, benefits administration, and HR analytics
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across organizational levels
- Lead HR technology implementations and process optimization projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in management roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in California employment law and federal compliance requirements
- Proven experience scaling HR systems for 200+ employee organizations
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and HR analytics tools
- Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated talent development success
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
