Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives for technical and non-technical roles
- Design and implement performance management systems
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance programs
- Drive DEI initiatives through training, policy development, and metrics analysis
- Manage HRIS implementation and data analytics for workforce insights
- Partner with leadership on organizational development and change management
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR compliance
- Experience scaling HR operations for high-growth environments
- Advanced knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
