Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including employer branding and recruitment funnel optimization
- Drive employee engagement programs with 95%+ satisfaction targets
- Oversee compensation structures and benefits administration ensuring market competitiveness
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and inform strategic decisions
- Mentor HR team members and develop succession planning frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in management roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in HRIS implementation (Workday/SAP experience essential)
- Proven track record in scaling talent acquisition processes
- Advanced knowledge of NY labor laws and EEOC compliance
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
