Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract industry-leading professionals

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations while mitigating legal risks
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership

- Oversee HRIS implementation and optimization for seamless workforce management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Minimum 8 years progressive HR experience with 4+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, organizational development, and HR analytics
- Deep knowledge of federal/state employment laws (FLSA, EEOC, NY labor codes)
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Exceptional strategic thinking and change management capabilities
- SHRM-SPC or PHR certification required
