Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems
- Oversee compensation structures, benefits administration, and compliance with federal/state regulations
- Analyze HR metrics to drive data-driven decisions and process improvements
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all departments
- Partner with department heads to address organizational development needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in HRIS implementation (Workday/SAP experience ideal)
- Proven track record in scaling HR operations for 500+ employees
- Deep knowledge of NYC labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing remote/hybrid teams and flexible work policies
