You'll report directly to the Chief People Officer and lead a team of 4 HR professionals while collaborating with executive leadership on organizational design, compensation philosophy, and culture development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives, optimizing recruitment processes and employer branding
- Design and implement performance management systems, compensation structures, and career development frameworks
- Drive employee engagement through culture-building initiatives and change management programs
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international labor regulations
- Oversee HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management
- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decisions and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in leadership roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven track record in scaling HR operations for high-growth environments
- Expertise in compensation strategy, talent acquisition, and organizational development
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR metrics and reporting tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR preferred)
