Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans
  • Lead talent acquisition initiatives, optimizing recruitment processes and employer branding
  • Design and implement performance management systems, compensation structures, and career development frameworks
  • Drive employee engagement through culture-building initiatives and change management programs
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international labor regulations
  • Oversee HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decisions and continuous improvement

Qualifications
