Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with TalentHorizon's business objectives.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes to ensure a robust pipeline of talent.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management initiatives.
- Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Design and administer compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Act as a strategic business partner to department heads, providing HR insights and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- SHRM-CP/SPR or PHR/SPHR certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership capacity.
- Deep knowledge of California labor laws and employment practices.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and ATS systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
