- Lead talent acquisition pipeline for technical and non-technical roles
- Design and implement performance management systems
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and diversity programs
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations
- Manage HRIS implementation and data analytics initiatives
- Drive leadership development and succession planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in management
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven track record in scaling HR operations for tech companies
- Expertise in employment law and compliance frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with HR metrics experience
- Excellent communication and executive presentation abilities
