Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning programs
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all departments
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor laws
- Manage HRIS systems and data analytics for strategic decision-making
- Partner with leadership on organizational development and change management

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in leadership
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in tech industry HR practices and compliance (CA & federal)
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday/BambooHR)
- Proven track record in scaling HR operations for high-growth companies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with international HR operations and global mobility
