- Oversee compensation structures, benefits administration, and performance management systems
- Drive DEI initiatives and employee relations programs
- Manage HR compliance with federal/state regulations and implement best practices
- Collaborate with executive leadership on organizational development planning
- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decisions and process improvements
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HRIS systems
- Proven track record in DEI strategy implementation
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR analytics tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Experience in scaling HR operations for high-growth companies
- Knowledge of California labor laws and compliance requirements
