- Design and execute talent acquisition strategies to build high-performing teams across engineering, product, and design departments
- Develop and implement comprehensive employee engagement programs that boost retention by 20%+ year-over-year
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives aligned with industry best practices and measurable outcomes
- Oversee performance management systems and succession planning for leadership pipeline development
- Manage HR compliance with federal/state regulations and internal policy audits
- Leverage HRIS platforms (Workday, Greenhouse) to optimize HR analytics and reporting
- Drive organizational development through change management initiatives and culture assessments
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in management roles within tech or SaaS industries
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in scaling HR operations for 500+ employee organizations
- Proven track record implementing successful DEI programs with measurable impact
- Advanced proficiency in HR analytics tools and data-driven decision making
- Experience with international HR compliance and remote team management
- Strategic business acumen with ability to align HR initiatives with company growth objectives
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
