Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives, including talent management, succession planning, and organizational development
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives, optimizing recruitment processes to secure high-caliber candidates across technical and non-technical roles
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs, performance management systems, and learning frameworks to drive productivity
- Oversee HR compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations while mitigating legal risks
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, recommend data-driven improvements, and report workforce analytics to leadership
- Champion DEI initiatives, fostering an inclusive workplace culture through policy development and training programs
- Manage HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS system optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles, preferably in SaaS or tech environments
- Expertise in talent acquisition strategies, employer branding, and compensation/benefits design
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR transformation initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and HR analytics tools
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate HR metrics into strategic recommendations
- Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated experience influencing executive leadership
