Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR initiatives including talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning
- Lead employee relations programs, mediate conflicts, and ensure compliance with federal/state labor regulations
- Oversee compensation structures, benefits administration, and payroll systems
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve employee retention
- Partner with department heads to align HR practices with business objectives
- Implement DEI initiatives and foster inclusive workplace culture
- Manage HRIS platforms and optimize HR technology stack
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in leadership role
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expertise in employment law, compensation structures, and talent development
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday/SAP) and HR analytics tools
- Proven track record in scaling HR operations for high-growth companies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience implementing DEI programs and change management initiatives
